The German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies of DIN and VDE (abbreviated DKE) is the organisation responsible for the elaboration of standards and safety specifications in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics and information technology. Since 2006
has supported the association’s annual conference and their various other events by providing creative, technical and operational services.

In 2008, DKE decided to present an exceptionally elaborate and impressive staging concept. Two rear projectors using softedging technology established the background at the dimension of 8.2 meters in diagonal. This was framed from the front with a 4 x 3 meter image projected to the right and left of the rear projection. Before constructing the stage, we presented the customer with a three-dimensional illustration.
Watchout technology enabled alternating animated videos to be divided across all screens, thereby creating an ever-changing set design. During the presentations, the left screen showed a live-edited and directed mix of images from two cameras, which was also recorded.
