"It was a fantastic lecture! But it was too dark to see the speaker!" (author unknown)

We store our event tech in a 276m² space below our offices so that we can react quickly to any situation. This allows us to have tested and preconfigured devices (including backups) available for the events we coordinate.

Behind the scenes, ambitious technicians are applying their expertise to make sure things run smoothly. They do not accept even the smallest mistakes. Only then will they receive the highest honour that an event specialist can be given: that nobody even knows they are there!

Audio

Many factors influence the sound design for a space: the selection of loudspeakers in relationship to power and radiation angle, placement on stands or hanging height, microphone characteristics and much more.

In the end, however, it all comes down to the ears and experience of the responsible sound technician.

Our sound technicians are always present while the sound system is being installed. Our staff members are in direct contact with the customer and assume responsibility for the technical perfection of an event not only during the event itself, but also during setup.

Lighting

The element of light is employed not only to improve visibility, but also as part of atmospheric design. Using specific changes in colour, the emotion of a room can be significantly altered to reflect a change in thematic content. Less is quite often more, as radical changes can be distracting.

Our installations tend to employ the most energy-efficient and low-heat options, such as with LED technology.

Video

The language of events is one of sound and images.

Unique formats can put a spin on traditional viewing patterns. With our multiscreen and multi-display technology we can produce films, graphics and images in any kind of format or resolution. With such an arsenal of opportunities, it’s easy for us to transcend expectations. – because the unexpected is the “salt in the soup” as we say in German.

IT

Event IT systems such as the ePoster and Internetcafé, screencasting and our Congress O’Mat are made of more than just software. They also require specialised, specifically configured and identical hardware. For these reasons we store and maintain our own hardware so that in the event of malfunction we have an immediate and exact replacement.
