staged an impressive opening ceremony in Berlin’s ICC Congress Centre for 2,800 international guests under the theme “Breaking Down the Barriers.” Soft-edge projections on a giant panoramic screen provided the right backdrop for speeches and a show while passively emotionalising and communicating content.

Cellomania, comprised of four classically trained cellists, rocked the house , playing live and in synch with images and films.
The highpoint was a BMX/skate/break-dance show of the highest choreographic quality. Ten professionals performed spectacular stunts on the halfpipe. Also performing were the reigning German halfpipe and miniramp masters. Forward and backward somersaults, multi-meter jumps and spins kept the guests on the edge of their seats. The incredible audience response motivated the performers to intensify the difficulty of their tricks as they continued to entertain and perform.
