The 19th annual EADV Congress in 2010 was held in Gothenburg, Sweden. For the first time, ePosters were introduced to supplement traditional posters. With almost 1,000 electronic submissions, authors proved to be very grateful for the alternative method.

  • Audio and video in nine rooms
  • Preview of presentations in front of the rooms
  • Screencasting from 12 sessions
  • TED-polls in five sessions
  • Fourty ePoster-terminals
  • ten internet-terminals
  • Photos of executive board meeting

click meFifteen technicians were responsible to ensure smooth operations in the presentation rooms and on ePoster and Internet terminals, which complemented the exhibition. All presentation rooms were supplied using the “Kongress O’ Mat” from Mediacheck, in coordination with on-site local technicians.

Using TED systems, it was possible to customize certain procedures in the auditorium during the presentation for selected seminars. Presentations from various seminars were also recorded as a screencast. Throughout the course of the congress, mixed-media also coordinated six press conferences from various companies and associations.
