Mixed-Media has been staging ceremonial events for acatech for a number of years

The 2008 acatech ceremonial event, which also included the award of the PUNKT (acatech Prize for Technological Journalism), took place at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin on 21 October. Around 700 guests from the realms of scientific research, trade and industry and politics were in attendance. Speakers included German Chancellor Angela Merkel, acatech President Prof. Joachim Milberg and Martin Grötschel, President of the Konrad Zuse Centre for Information Technology in Berlin.
